Hi! My name is Danyle Maloney (pronounced like “Danielle”), and I am an empowerment coach and certified yoga teacher dedicated to helping women just like you transform their lives and reclaim their power!

I guide women to prioritize themselves, build self-confidence, and live a life of abundance and freedom. I have created my empowerment coaching program based on my own journey of self-discovery and growth.

The Body:

  • Cultivating Safety: Creating a sense of safety within your body and environment.

  • Chakra Work: Focus on balancing and healing, particularly the lower chakras.

  • Daily Movement: Incorporating physical activity to enhance well-being.

  • Yoga: Techniques to improve physical well-being, enhance mindfulness, and foster a deeper connection with your body.

  • Sleep: Prioritizing restful and restorative sleep.

The Mind:

  • Identifying the Inner Critic: Recognize and communicate with the anxious mind/ego.

  • Grounding Mind Techniques: Strategies to ground and center your thoughts.

  • Rewriting Limiting Beliefs: Transforming beliefs that hold you back, including inner child, inner teen, and young adult work.

  • Visualizing Your Dream Life: Creating a clear vision and actionable steps to achieve it.

  • Intrusive Thought Work: Identifying the origins and meanings of intrusive thoughts and learning techniques to move through them.

These sessions can be scheduled on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis to fit your budget and needs, while also providing you with a dedicated space where someone holds space for YOU. $100 per 50 min. call

Recommended Schedule:

  • First Month: 3 Weekly sessions to build a strong foundation.

  • Following Months: Transition to bi-weekly or monthly sessions as determined by your progress and needs.

Getting Started:

  • First Session: Schedule your first session.

  • FIll out Form: Please fill out the Google form before our session, as this allows me to be ready for our session ahead of time.

  • Payment: Payments must be received before each session.

  • Cancellation Policy: A 12-hour cancellation notice is required to receive a refund.
